Chef Michael Tuohy, partnered with Legends Hospitality, to develop an unprecedented Food & Beverage program for the new State-of-the-Art Golden 1 Center. Home of the Sacramento Kings. Tuohy co-authored a 10 point Sustainability Charter that outlined locally sourcing of ingredients 90% from within 150 miles of the arena. The first and only program of it's kind.
